Corrective Chiropractic Care
Find out what's causing your pain, then get a care plan built around you. $37 first visit with X-rays on site if needed.
Innervate Chiro offers corrective chiropractic care in Woolloongabba, Brisbane, with chiropractor Dr Matt Moschione. Your first visit is $37 (normally $145) and includes a full assessment, with X-rays taken in the clinic if you need them. You'll leave knowing what we found, what we recommend and what it will cost.
What corrective chiropractic care means at Innervate
Corrective care is about finding out why something hurts, not just where. Dr Matt looks at how your spine, joints and posture are working, and what your work and day-to-day life ask of them. From there he builds a care plan aimed at the cause, with clear goals and regular check-ins so you can see how you're tracking.
You won't be signed up to anything at your first visit. Dr Matt will explain what he's found and what he recommends, and you decide from there.
Who it suits
- Desk workers with a stiff neck, tight shoulders, headaches or a sore lower back
- People who keep active and want a niggle looked at properly
- Anyone whose pain keeps coming back and who wants to know why
- People who'd like to understand their spine and posture before deciding on care
Your first visit, step by step
- We talk. Your history, what's bothering you, and what you need to be able to do.
- We assess. Movement, posture and the joints and muscles involved.
- X-rays if you need them. Dr Matt has an X-ray machine in the clinic, so images can be taken on the spot and reviewed with you. X-rays are bulk billed through Medicare for anyone with a Medicare card.
- We explain. What Dr Matt found, what he recommends, how many visits he expects and what it will cost.
- You decide. If you're comfortable, care can start the same day.

Common questions
What is corrective chiropractic care?
Corrective chiropractic care focuses on finding the cause of your pain or stiffness, not just easing it for the day. At Innervate Chiro, Dr Matt assesses your spine, posture and movement, takes X-rays in the clinic if needed, and builds a care plan with clear goals and regular check-ins.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what Dr Matt finds. At your first visit he'll tell you what he recommends, roughly how many visits he expects and what it will cost, so you can decide before anything is booked. Plans are reviewed as you go.
Will I need an X-ray?
Not always. Dr Matt recommends X-rays when they'll change what he does, for example to check the structure of your spine before adjusting. Innervate Chiro has its own X-ray machine in Woolloongabba, so images are taken on the spot and bulk billed through Medicare for anyone with a Medicare card.
Do I need a referral?
No, you can book directly. A GP referral is only needed if you want your care bulk billed under a Medicare chronic condition management plan, a DVA card, WorkCover or a CTP claim.
Can I claim on my private health insurance?
Yes, if your policy includes chiropractic in the extras. You pay on the day and claim the rebate from your fund afterwards.
